Itinerary
10:00 AM: Mid-morning departure from Dar es Salaam, heading to Nyerere National Park. 1:00 PM: Arrival and check-in at your lodge/camp. 2:00 PM: Enjoy a local lunch at the lodge. 4:00 PM: Embark on a scenic boat safari on the Rufiji River, where you’ll spot hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species. 7:00 PM: Dinner at the lodge, followed by free time to relax and enjoy the wilderness.
6:30 AM: Early breakfast at the lodge. 7:30 AM: Depart for a full-day game drive through Nyerere National Park. Spot lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. 12:30 PM: Picnic lunch in the bush. 1:30 PM: Continue the game drive in the afternoon, exploring different parts of the park. 5:00 PM: Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
6:00 AM: Early morning Bushman walking safari, led by an expert guide who will teach you traditional tracking methods and share knowledge about the park's flora and fauna. 8:30 AM: Return to the lodge for breakfast. 10:00 AM: Check-out and begin your journey back to Dar es Salaam. 1:00 PM: Stop in Kisarawe for a hot local lunch at our office, enjoying authentic Tanzanian cuisine. 3:00 PM: Arrive back in Dar es Salaam, marking the end of your unforgettable trip.
